The WASCHBÄR is our fully automatic three-chamber continuous cleaning system for SMD stencils and misprinted circuit boards for the electronics industry.

Inside washing chamber [1], the SMD stencil is cleaned via two rotating spraybars with approx. 130 l / min.
During automatic transport into the drying chamber, the stencil [2] is rinsed with clear water or cleaning agent and then blown off with compressed air.
In the drying chamber [3], the stencil is dried in a very short time thanks to our ingenious drying process. (Metal stencils approx. 5 min. / Pump print stencils approx. 10 min.!)
